  • Orders under $99: $12.95 shipping fee
  • Orders over $99: Free shipping


International Deliveries

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international addresses.


Track Your Order To track your order

Click on the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can find your tracking information in your Order History. If you encounter any issues locating your tracking number, please reach out to us at 301.333.8000.


Change of Address Address changes

Must be made before your order is shipped. If you’ve accidentally shipped to the wrong address, please contact us immediately at 301.333.8000. We have a limited window to update order information post-placement, so prompt action is advised!

To modify an existing address, add a new one, or manage multiple addresses:

  • Ensure you’re logged in on
  • Go to My Account > Addresses. Here, you can update your billing or shipping address, set a default address, and add or remove addresses.

Order Delays

While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to factors like UPS delays, holidays, or high order volume.

If you’ve received a shipping confirmation email, your order is en route! If you haven’t received this email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at 301.333.8000. We’ll investigate the delay and provide an estimated delivery date.


Shipping Times

Monday – Friday

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders will be shipped from Paul’s Beauty Warehouse, Capitol Heights, MD, upon processing, and you’ll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.


Weekends and Holidays:

Order processing may take 1-2 business days, with potential slight delivery delays due to holiday schedules.

Return/Exchange Policy Returns or exchanges for unwanted merchandise require a Return Authorization within 30 days of purchase. We provide return shipping at no cost and will issue a free Return Label to you. Please allow 48 business hours for Return Labels to be generated. Return Authorizations expire 30 days after label issuance.

Returns After 30 Days Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer covers return shipping charges. For defective merchandise, a Manufacturer’s Warranty may apply. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, refunds will not be issued, and merchandise will not be returned.
