The required documents for ONLY Wholesale membership must be submitted, and Wholesale members are required a minimum order of $1,500 per month. Paul’s Beauty Warehouse (PBW) reserves the right to automatically cancel the membership at anytime, if no purchases are made for more than two consecutive months.
Here are the simple steps to apply for a wholesale account:
- Complete and submit the form provided below. (If you are already a member, skip step 1 & 2)
- Look out for an email containing your ID and temporary password. (Also check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.)
- After logging in, navigate to the “Account” section and upload all necessary documents. (That’s your first screen when you log in!)
